Accounts Administrator/Financial Project Manager

Responsibilities
– Reconciliation of general ledger account with invoices received from the supplier
– Verification of invoices (validity of tax invoices and ensuring supporting documentation attached)
– Prepare creditor general ledger reconciliation (input VAT, Goods Received and Invoices Received – creditors, claims payable)
– Handling Creditors and suppliers’ queries
– Monthly accounting and processing up to trial balance
– Bank reconciliation
– Processing of balance sheets – assist the finance department
– Balancing of the cashbook to the bank statement and the general ledger
– Monthly Reporting and monthly reconciliation
– Log on to Standard Bank, print the statements of all individual accounts and then log onto the accounting package and do the comparison check if there are any differences/variances
– Prepare for the annual audit
– As Assistant Accountant ensure that my Financial Administrator has work
– Cashflows and Budgeting
Requirements:
– Advanced Google sheets
– MS Office – Advanced Excel skills
– Accounting experience
– Payroll experience
– Ability to function effectively in a high-pressure environment
– Attention to detail
